Meet The Crew

Shea Railey
(Shay Ray-ley)

I am an outgoing, laidback, twenty-year-old college student from Denton, TX! I’m an active member of the Chi Omega women’s fraternity as well as the Texas State chapter of the PRSSA. I have one fur child who is a seven-month-old kitten named Spooky as well as a one-year-old step-dog named Finley.

What did you study in school?
-I’m currently studying Public Relations with a concentration in digital media and a minor in Popular Culture. But I was also a nursing and psychology major, so we’ll see how this goes.

What is your favorite food?
-Definitely pizza. (or sushi when I’m not broke)

What was your first job?
-I was a cheer coach at my gym when I was 13, but my first real job was as a host at Prairie House Restaurant at 16.

What brought you to Austin?

-Technically I live in San Marcos, so Link brought me to Austin! But the gorgeous campus and great people brought me to Texas State. Plus, a river running through campus is a pretty convincing selling point.

What is your standard coffee order?

-White chocolate mocha with peppermint when I’m feeling a warm drink and an iced green tea with sweetener during nice weather.

What is your role at Link?

-I’m an operations intern so I do a little bit of everything. I mainly just try to make Liz and Stormy’s life easier.

What are you passionate about?

-I’m passionate about music, my sorority (go ΧΩ), food, my cat, and women supporting women.

Larissa Salazar

Hi everyone! I am 22 years old, and a senior at Texas State University in San Marcos. I am a lover of all things social media and marketing, spicy food is a must, and I am a dog mom to my sweet Shih Tzu, Lacey. This year I am eager to have hands-on experience in marketing a business before I graduate college, and that’s why I’m here at Link Coworking!

What did you study in school?

– When I started school at Texas State I chose to study Exercise Sports Science, over the years I had a change of heart and change my major to Public Relations with a minor in Health and Wellness Promotions.

What is your favorite food?

– When I’m not trying to eat super healthy, I love eating Thai food. If you haven’t tried Thai Thai Café in San Marcos, you should.

What was your first job?

– In high school, I worked in at a clothing boutique back home, Cosa Bella, and I also taught dance classes to 7-12-year-olds at the dance studio I attended.

What brought you to Austin?

Right now I live in San Marcos, but after graduation, I hope to live in the Austin area, so my internship with Link was the perfect start to get to know my way around.

What is your standard coffee order?

Hazelnut latte with an extra shot of espresso. (the more caffeine the better obviously.)

What is your role at Link?

I’m currently Link’s marketing and social media intern. You can catch me posting on all social media accounts, creating graphics… and I’m often the person behind Link’s monthly newsletters.

What are you passionate about?

I’m passionate about finishing school and pursuing a career in Public Relations. I also love working out at OrangeTheory Fitness and being a member of my sorority, Chi Omega.
